The OXO Panel™ is a beta-stage experimental analytics system. All metrics, scores, predictions, and content presented herein are intended for educational and informational purposes only and shall not be interpreted as medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or therapeutic guidance under any jurisdiction.

None of the scoring systems or underlying algorithms have been approved, cleared, or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), nor any equivalent regulatory agency in any international territory. The system is not a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment, and must not be used as a basis for any health-related decisions without the oversight of a qualified physician.

Users acknowledge that all results are generated through proprietary modeling methods grounded in oxidative stress biochemistry, systems biology literature, and emerging hypotheses around lipid peroxidation and metabolic dysfunction. Outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic, and do not represent clinically actionable lab reports.

The underlying intellectual property—including all trademarks, score names, algorithmic methods, UI/UX designs, model architecture, backend logic, brand expressions, and compiled datasets—are the exclusive property of Benjamin Thrasher. The platform is patent pending. Any reverse engineering, duplication, commercial mimicry, or use in competitive analysis will constitute willful infringement and trigger immediate legal remedy under U.S. and international IP law.
