1. Introduction
OXO Panel, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit and use our beta products and services (the “Service”).
2. What We Collect
We currently do not collect or store any personal, identifiable, or health-related information via this prototype. All user inputs are processed in memory and discarded immediately after use. “None of our APIs store or log any biomarker inputs, metadata, or user identifiers. We do not cache or persist any request data. All results are calculated in-memory, returned to the user, and discarded.” This ensures full statelessness and regulatory safety during demo and pre-IRB phases.
3. Logging
We do not log, store, or transmit user inputs, IP addresses, or personal data. Any temporary console logging during development is strictly anonymized and used for internal debugging only.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This beta site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking mechanisms. If we add them later, this policy will be updated and clearly disclosed.
5. AI Use and Research Validation
OXO Panel’s AI scoring models are currently being evaluated through IRB-approved clinical studies. These studies use de-identified biomarker datasets collected under informed consent and regulatory oversight. No data submitted via this prototype is used in training or analysis unless explicitly authorized through formal research protocols.
